South Carolina Educator Industry Academy

Empowering South Carolina’s Educators to Shape the Workforce of Tomorrow

The South Carolina Educator Industry Academy (EIA) is excited to launch its inaugural class in 2025–2026! Designed to strengthen the connection between education and South Carolina’s thriving manufacturing sector, the EIA is a no-cost opportunity for 25 educators to gain firsthand insight into the careers, skills, and pathways shaping today’s workforce. Through immersive experiences, industry tours, and hands-on learning, participants will be equipped to prepare students for high-demand career opportunities across the state.

About the Program

  • Learn about the types of careers, training pathways (including apprenticeships), and scholarship opportunities available to students.
  • Gain practical strategies to integrate workforce readiness into elementary, middle, and high school curricula.
  • Build direct connections with South Carolina’s business and industry leaders.
