Why Join Our Team

We feel that our work environment is like no other - based around respect, trust, and diversity with a comfortable and positive atmosphere. We keep the work challenging and rewarding, with opportunities to learn and grow with the company. And, our consensus-driven management style and strong core values set us apart from most other companies. Here at FUJIFILM Manufacturing, we strive to keep our Associates well informed. This is accomplished through the use of the Fujifilm News Network which can be seen on TVs in the break rooms across the site, emails, regular departmental communication meetings, as well as one-on-one conversations with all levels of the organization. We have several different work schedules in use at FUJIFILM Manufacturing. Primarily our production Associates work a rotating shift. Most other Associates, however, work the standard eight-hour, Monday through Friday shift. We feel it's important that every Associate has choices when it comes to his or her career, whether it's obtaining a deep knowledge of a chosen position, or to consider moving to a different position. The way we ensure this, is through our Job Structure and Career Ladder programs, which are based around skill and competency levels. Also, open positions are posted internally and made available to any FUJIFILM Manufacturing Associate before initiating the external recruiting process.
